For trade fair organizers

Tu Workshop is a web application that enables quick and easy scheduling of appointments by fair visitors. Exhibitors/hoteliers have the opportunity to choose from a large database of travel agencies with whom they want to arrange arrangements for the upcoming season. Also, travel agencies have the opportunity to schedule an appointment with the hotelier during the fair.

Visual identity and UX/UI design
Guided by the basic idea of ​​simplicity, we developed a very simple UX design, with simple noticeable colors.

The emphasis was on functionality in order to automate as many processes as possible during the organization of the fair, so the design was in the background.

Technologies and tools

  • VueJS – Frontend render
  • NuxtJs – SSR for server side rendering, Nitro server for easy route management
  • NodeJs – Backend completely written in JS
  • MongoDB – Database model, object oriented
  • Custom production servers developed on Ubuntu 22
  • Custom mail server developed on postfix
  • PM2 – Load balancing and app management
  • Grafana – Server monitoring and data collecting

Key functions

  • Scheduling appointments – travel agencies of the fair schedule 15-minute appointments with hoteliers with the aim of getting the best possible offer for the upcoming season
  • Export / Export data – the possibility to generate a pdf with all the necessary information where/when/what is scheduled with whom. This applies to all participants of the fair.
  • Approve/Decline – the ability to accept, cancel, release a specific appointment.
  • Email Notifications – Defined various actions that trigger the sending of emails so that all participants are in line with each other.
  • Admin dash – An admin who can supervise all these operations, also has his own functions over agencies and hoteliers, can generate his own reports so that as an event organizer he can organize everything well.

Za organizatore sajmova

Tu Workshop je web aplikacija koja omogućava brzo i jednostavno zakazivanje termina od strane posetica sajma. Izlagači/hotelijeri imaju mogućnost da iz velike baze turističkih agencija, odabiraju sa kime žele da dogovaraju aranžmane za predstojeću sezonu. Takođe i turističke agencije imaju mogućnost da zakažu termin kod hotelijera u toku trajanja sajma.

Vizuelni identitet i UX/UI dizajn
Vođeni osnovnom idejom jednostavnosti, razvili smo vrlo ednostavan UX dizajn, sa jednostavnim uočljivim bojama.

Akcenat je bio na funkcionalnostima kako bi automatizovali što više procesa koji se dešavaju prilikom organizacije sajma, tako da je dizajn bio u drugom planu.

  • Zakazivanje termina – turističke agencije  sajma zakazuju 15 min termine kod hotelijera sa ciljem da dobiju najbolju moguću ponudu za predstojeću sezonu
  • Export / Izvoz podataka  – mogućnost da se generiše pdf sa svim ptrebnim informacijama gde/kada/šta je zakazano kod koga. Ovo važi za sve učesnike sajma.
