    If you have site plans assigned to you, then you will automatically be able to select locations. 

    In case you need a hall plan that we don’t have done, contact us and we will quickly create a new location plan for you.

    Create events

    A simple interface will allow you to create events. Choose an already defined location, choose a location plan if they are assigned to you, add ticket prices, add a description, record the event. The event is available instantly. Example page events.

    Sale, sale, sale

    Your visitors can quickly and easily select tickets and make payment through a customized interface (desktop, mobile) in a simple way. 

    Depending on the version, the money goes to your account or you get paid from us after the event.

    After completing the purchase, the customer receives a mobile version of the ticket with a QR code by email.

    You also have the option to create “points of sale” where you can create printed tickets for cash sales.

    Simple ticket scanner

    In order to scan and confirm ticket validation, you need any mobile phone and internet connection. 

    You create scanners in your account, log in with the information you created and your scanner will be available to work instantly.

    Easily and simply, at the entrance, you can validate tickets by scanning the QR code from a mobile or printed ticket.

    Detailed statistics and analytics

    Track ticket sales in real time. Export details for each event in pdf format, list of guests/customers on click. 

    Track the number of scanned tickets in real time, you know at all times how many people are at the location.

    SMS reminder

    Many visitors waste valuable time at the entrance looking for a ticket in an email or trying to log into an account. We solve that problem: on the day of the event every guest gets SMS reminder with direct link to QR card. No logging in, no searching — open the message, show the card, enter. It speeds up entry and improves the overall guest experience at the event.

    * Currently, SMS notifications are sent only to guests who have entered a Serbian mobile phone number.
